Migration is one of the phenomena known to mankind since ancient times, although the reasons vary according to the times, but in general war, armed conflict, natural disasters and economic crises have always been reasons to migrate individuals, especially young people Not for everyone, but the poor economic situation of an individual often makes him risk his life and take the road to death illegally in order to reach the destination country, and the journey does not necessarily turn out as expected. This makes many migrants decide to return to their homeland and the country where they were born and raised. This is again for several reasons: some are related to the situation of the migrant himself or not obtaining citizenship in his country The situation in his country of origin, for example, the end of the war and economic recovery, etc.
Returning migrants is not an easy task and requires the cooperation and coordination of the country of destination and origin, with the assistance of international organizations for migrants. This is part of a new concept in the field of migration, called migration governance, which aims to manage the process of migration and return of migrants to their homeland so that the returned migrants do not suffer and respect their rights A migrant in the destination country benefits more than the financial assistance he receives when he returns to his country of origin, because he is a human resource, has skills, a new language, a different lifestyle and may have received training in different fields. These will be a human resource that can play a role in the development of the country, if properly managed, but when they return they have some needs and problems and must be assisted, in this regard, a number of services (primary, social, psychological, legal, economic, health, education). Here, social work as a scientific profession can be a good contributor in this regard through different theories and models of intervention.
In general, this research consists of several topics: the first topic is the general framework of the research, the first topic is the theoretical framework of the research, the second topic is the introduction of concepts and terms Based on theories and models of professional intervention in social work.
