As part of a new open-vision program, the Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies organized a seminar presented by Mr. Nezhad Abdullah, the General Director of Education in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, titled “The Modern Era of Education and Learning: Between Necessity and Development.” The event was attended by a group of academics, experts, educational supervisors, teachers, and individuals involved in the education sector.
During the seminar, Mr. Nezhad Abdullah gave a detailed overview of the structure, departments, and components of the General Directorate of Education in Sulaymaniyah, as well as statistics on teachers, students, and schools.
He then discussed the issues, challenges, and obstacles facing the education sector and its administration, and presented suggestions and solutions aimed at improving the quality of education and overcoming existing problems.
In conclusion, participants shared their questions and opinions about the educational process, challenges, and possible solutions. A discussion followed regarding the needs of the modern era of education and learning, and how to further advance and develop it.
