The Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies is organizing an open dialogue on the development and restructuring of employment opportunity centers.

The dialogue will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, and will address the centers’ areas of work, objectives, programs, and key challenges. It will also explore a new vision for reorganizing these centers and improving the mechanisms for aligning labor market needs with young people’s skills and capabilities.

Participants will present their views and recommendations on improving the performance of employment opportunity centers in cities and towns, reducing unemployment, developing young people’s skills, and creating sustainable employment opportunities.

The outcomes and recommendations of the dialogue will later be compiled into a research study, providing a scientific basis for developing the private sector and revitalizing the labor market in the Kurdistan Region.
