His Excellency the President of the Republic of Iraq, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at the Baghdad Palace, the head of the Vision foundation for Strategic Studies, Mr. Adnan Osman, and his accompanying delegation.

The President emphasized the necessity of activating communication and broadening the horizons of cooperation between civil society organizations and relevant government entities, and the exchange of visions and experiences. He pointed out the importance of practically applying the results of research and studies issued by non-governmental organizations in all fields.

His Excellency also spoke about the establishment of the Arab-Kurdish Cultural Center and the tasks it undertakes to enhance cooperation between the Arab and Kurdish cultures and to build bridges of collaboration between intellectuals and writers, which will positively reflect on the cultural movement in the country.

For his part, Mr. Adnan Osman, the head of the "Vision" Foundation, expressed his gratitude to the President for his continued support, clarifying that the institute's activities include conducting specialized research, holding academic seminars and dialogues, in addition to preparing policy papers that are presented to decision-making centers in both Baghdad and the Kurdistan Region.
