As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the political landscape in the Kurdistan Region, the Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies VFSS organized a specialized focus group session on Sunday, April 27, 2025, to examine the structure of political parties and their internal decision-making mechanisms.

The session brought together a group of researchers and academics specializing in political affairs, who engaged in in-depth discussions on the structural challenges facing political parties and explored opportunities to improve party performance — with the ultimate goal of strengthening the relationship between political organizations and citizens.

This initiative forms part of a broader series of research projects launched by the Foundation aimed at advancing the quality of political engagement and promoting democratic practices in the region.

In continuation of this effort, the Foundation plans to organize additional focus group sessions in the coming days, which will gather the perspectives of party members, supporters, women, and youth to build a comprehensive understanding of party dynamics and identify avenues for reform.
