Women’s unemployment and inequality in the workplace are set to become key priorities within the programs of the Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies, as part of expanding cooperation with civil society organizations to address social challenges facing women and youth.
During a visit by members of the Vision Foundation’s Board of Directors to the People Development Organization, discussions focused on the realities of women’s unemployment and disparities in working conditions and wages. Both sides agreed on the importance of future joint efforts and raising public awareness on these issues.
The two parties also agreed to conduct joint research, organize conferences, and implement capacity-building programs aimed at empowering women and youth, enhancing their professional awareness, and developing their skills—ultimately contributing to increased employment opportunities and greater equity in the labor market.
