Dr. Karzan Saleem Ismael is a lecturer and the Head of the City Planning Engineering Department at Sulaimani Polytechnic University, Iraq.

MSc with excellence in Transport Engineering and Planning from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK (2016)
BSc in Urban Planning Engineering from Sulaimani Polytechnic University (2012, with high honors)
