On 16 November 2025 the Vision foundation for Strategic Research signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of Sulaimani.
‏This memorandum provides both parties with an opportunity to conduct joint research, projects, and activities addressing societal issues, and to offer opportunities and solutions for relevant stakeholders.
‏During the signing ceremony, Dr. Kosar Mohammed, President of the University of Sulaimani, spoke about the importance of cooperation between universities and research centers, and praised the Vision Institute’s research on the problems and challenges facing the development of the Kurdistan Region.
‏For his part, Adnan Othman, President of the Vision foundation , praised the role of the University of Sulaimani and its impact on the progress of science, education, and community development, emphasizing that the activities and significant steps taken by this leading university have become a source of pride for the city of Sulaimani and the Kurdistan Region.
‏In their memorandum of understanding, the two Institutions reaffirm their commitment to community development, fostering dialogue, building capacities, and advancing the civil and public sectors, with the aim o” providing more services to society.
