On Wednesday, April 16, 2025, the Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies signed a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rewaq Baghdad Center for Public Policy, during an official ceremony attended by the leadership of both institutions and members of their respective teams.

The agreement aims to enhance collaboration in the areas of strategic research, public policy development, and the organization of joint scientific projects and activities that support evidence-based decision-making and contribute to sustainable development in Iraq.
