Vision Foundation and Ministry of Reconstruction Begin Joint Work

A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Vision Foundation and the Ministry and Housing and Reconstruction In the future, joint work and activities between both sides will begin.
The memorandum was signed today, Tuesday, 24/2/2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, between H.E. Dana Abdulkarim, Minister of Housing and Reconstruction, and Adnan Osman, President of the Vision Foundation. In a special meeting attended by the Minister of Housing Reconstruction, members of the Board of Directors of the Vision Foundation, both deputy ministers, a number of advisors, and general directors, discussions were held regarding joint work and projects, as well as coordination between government institutions and civil society organizations, with the aim of providing better services to the Kurdistan Region. In the future, joint cooperation between Vision and the Ministry of Housing and Reconstruction will begin within the framework of research, meetings, workshops, and joint projects, especially in the field of roads and infrastructure.
