Vision Foundation and the Ministry of Agriculture work on advancing irrigation and agriculture

Vision Foundation visited the city of Erbil and held discussions and coordination meetings with the Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Kurdistan Region regarding the advancement of the region’s irrigation and agricultural systems.
This visit took place today, Tuesday, 24/2/2026, during which members of the Vision Foundation Board held a strategic meeting with Mr. Begard Talabani, the Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources, and conducted a productive and important discussion on joint cooperation, the significance of the region’s irrigation and agriculture, and ways to advance them.
Vision presented its projects to the Minister of Agriculture, which are related to the development and support of irrigation and agricultural sectors. Mr. Begard Talabani also expressed his readiness to cooperate, coordinate, and support these joint projects between the two parties.
