Vision Foundation and the Presidency of Raparin University discussed youth unemployment and the region’s economic infrastructure, exploring strategic steps to find effective solutions.
On Tuesday, February 3, 2026, a delegation from the Vision Foundation for Strategic Studies visited the University of Raparin. They met with Asst. Prof. Dr. Paiman Ramazan, President of the University, to discuss various regional issues and challenges.
The meeting focused on preparations for an upcoming scientific conference in the Raparin Administration, specifically dedicated to developing economic infrastructure, tackling youth unemployment, and creating job opportunities.
To formalize their partnership, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Vision Foundation and the University of Raparin, aiming to foster joint cooperation and conduct research for the further development of the Raparin region.
